Excellent location in the center of Harrogate.
Luxe suite room without air conditioning, coincided with a heat wave. Although the worst is undoubtedly the smell of urine that came from the carpet so we had to sleep all night with the window open . The extra bed that they put for the children with a very fine mattress that was nailed all the springs. It's a shame because otherwise the room was fine.

The staff at the White Hart Hotel & Apartments were approachable and friendly. the breakfast served was of a very high standard, almost like a 4-star experience. - I particularly liked the design of the interiors in the standard double room. - the dishes were appetizing and the location was very central, close to the town station and train station.

The location! You're right in the middle, all the sights are around the corner! Great ambience! Tip: Visit Bettys. Excursion to the Yorkshire Dales.
The staff varies from very sympathetic and friendly to thoughtless and uninterested (reception). I can hear other people quite well in my room. Parking costs 12 pounds. Back entrance is very uninviting... Breakfast good, but no more. What was offered tasted good. Attention: no continental breakfast (which we found rather positive).

Excellent value for money. Very comfortable room in modern style, without carpets. We don't have breakfast but there's a kettle in the room for coffee. Bathroom with comfortable bathtub and quality amenities. One of the receptionists attended us in Spanish and was very kind.
